To adopt a greyhound, you must be at least 18 years old, have a secure and fenced yard, and be able to provide a loving and stable environment for the dog.

Yes, all our greyhounds are de-sexed before being adopted out to their new families. They are also registered, vaccinated, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and flea and worm treatment.

The adoption process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the availability of the greyhound and the completion of the necessary paperwork and home visit.

Many greyhounds are assessed as “cat-trainable”. This means that yes, they can be trained to live with cats. This is something we discuss during the application and matching process.
